there is no where in my control panel that I can find that has the log so I may change it. I've been through every folder and it's not there???

The folder is not in your control panel it is in the back bone of the program. The files and folders you uploaded to your host. One of the the folders is called images look in that one for store_logo.gif just take that image out call your logo image the same name "store_logo.gif" put it into the image folder on your server this should work

I actually bought the pre-made site from someone with cubecart already there, ugh I tell you. I finally did find the files - they weren't there yesterday - I was up until 6AM trying to find them!

Now it seems here we are stuck with this pre-made design! we got the logo up there but seems we can't change much of anything else!
