This means to upload the upload.php file to your store root, ie: if you have your cubecart installed at www.yourdomain.com/store/ you would upload it to /store, and then in your browser load up: www.yourdomain.com/store/upload.php

It is basically making an alteration to the database schema.

I guess I have to wonder why you're only going to 3.0.1 instead of 3.0.2? There were several bug fixes in 3.0.2 that you should take advantage of.

becaue, i am a newbie and wasn't sure how to install a fresh copy of cc3
so have to level up one by one
