This is a followup post. I dont think I explained myself very well in the last post so I will try to give some more details here.

I have installed CC3.02. No problems with that. When I log onto the admin section and click either
"add product" "general settings" or "shipping" my internet connection is lost and I canot access the feature.
This is the error message I get once I am disconnected

This does not mean anything to me as I am new to this. It could be something I am overlooking or something more sinister.

I have tried reconfiguring my Firewall but that does not help. I do however get alot of blocked IPs from Gnutella. Could this be the problem? Should I allow access to these IPs?

The PC I am working from has an AOL v9 connections and a McAfee firewall.

I really hope that you can help as I need to get my store up and running asap.

As I answered in your other post, your error is generated by your computer. Try a real browser instead of that AOHell crap.

Download and install Firefox and you'll be fine.

thank you. That seems to have stopped the disconnection. I am sorry if I didnt see it in the last post. I am new to all of this and I am only now getting to grips with it. I am more of a hardware man than software.
