I have installed the version 3[1].0.2 and after the 5 steps, and try to go to the admin panel give me the following errors and cannot acces to admin area:

hi, just go to the cc3 files you downloaded and find all files that were stated as missing in the error description then upload them again to your FTP
for example
Warning: main(): Failed opening 'config.inc.php' for inclusion (include_path='') in /home/.sites/1/site191/web/1233123123/language/en/lang.inc.php on line 2244
go to config,inc,php and upload it again to replce the one in your FTP because you are missing such file in your FTP

not bad, but the only problem is your header was a little bit too big and people have to scroll down to see the full page description
