I recently got an email from nochex for payment received. The order number was CC3 format, but when I went to admin I can find no trace of the order. The customer details are there but not the order. Is this a new bug? or can anyone assist me with a solution . . . . . thanks

Have you logged on to your nochex account to see if a payment has been received?
If no payment has been received the email could be fraudulent. ie trying to get you to send an item.
I've have emails supposedly from bidpay, amazon, paypal and nochex. All were fraudulent.
Never use the links provided in the email as they can be methods for people obtaining your log in details.

Have a look at the link in the email, hover your mouse over it and you can see the true address! See the below example.

Hi - Thanks I have checked nochex and the correct amount has indeed been received - just that there is no order in admin?

I contacted the buyer and it seems that she somehow managed to by-pass the cubecart system and order direct from Nochex????? I tried the cubecart nochex gateway myself and it works fine. Hmmmmmmm sad.gif
