Frontpage is really picky. It almost has a mind of it's own. You've probably worked with Frontpage for awhile and feel pretty comfortable with it but you should begin to think about, or at least investigate further, the benefits of CCS/XHTML (new html) and the advantages over standard html whether you're here or somewhere else.
