Could you please provide some more information, other than just Help, what do I do.

There are lots of people on these forums which may be able to help. A good descriptive title, and a summary of the problem, with detailed information as to what has happened to cause the error, and what you have tried to rectify it.

Scanning through the topic lists, I saw upgrade as the title, and thought to myself that someone needs some help upgrading between versions, and unfortunately I was quite wrong.

Some more information, would be great.

I tried to upgrade from cube cart 2 to version 3 and when checking it I got that error when typing the web adress and in the admin i find this:

Try running the update.php script from the 3.0.4 package. That will add in the table your site says it's missing.
