Hi
I suddenly started getting this error during checkout:
It happens at step3 of the cart checkout: cart.php?act=step3
I'm in the View Basket page at cart.php?act=step3. When I click on the continue button, it goes to cart.php?act=step3&ccUser=32fdb8c9d81bef3291bed2d78456c44d
...which is an error message HTTP 500 - Internal server error
It happens from more than just 1 PC.
Can anyone help?

That, I believe is a Server setting issue. Has your host made any upgrades, or possibly adjusted security for the server. COntact your support there and explain what happens and when ; they might be able to help.

The strange thing is that I had shipping set to 'RoyalMail' and 'By Price' so that I could set shipping to be free over a certain value.
When I turn off the 'By Price' everything works ok again with the checkout.
Could the one be conflicting with the other?
