I want to unsubscribe from a forum, but when I go into my CP and try it I get the error that the menu item has been disabled.

How do I unsubscribe?

I subscribed to the cubecart v3 general forum by mistake when I was subscribing to a topic within that forum. Now, everytime someone posts in the v3 general forum I get an email alert.

I want to switch that off.

Go to My Controls
on the left "Subscriptions"
View Forums

If you have any they should be in there.
