I have followed all directions to install cubecart and it was sucessful. I installed in the public_html folder via ftp.

The admin area comes up fine but when we type in www.bellasbridals.com or www.bellasbridals.com/ nothing comes up.

Support for my hosting said that I am missing an index file however the index.php is in there does someone know what I need to do to fix this?

I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me out for a second. Thanks so much!!
