I've seen this question asked before but never answered. Basically, for businesses in NY (I'm one of them), you have to charge tax to all customers in NY based on their county, not yours. Is there a way in Cubecart to set the tax for each county in a state?
I figure there must be a way since people are selling in NY.

I'll answer my own question. I have a database table of NY State zipcodes with the counties they are in. I"ll just make a table of counties with sales tax and add code to the cart to get the sales tax whenever the zipcode if found to be a ny zipcode.
