Must I perform all the individual upgrade in between?
yes, if you got certain mods on it.
if you don't have any mods on it or if you want to place them in later just download the whole package and replace everything exept the neccesary files (you can find that in the package).
or you can make a backup of your database first, and unpack everything and off you go.

Thank you very much. I went through each update one by one tonight and its now updated to the most current version. I have a few scares along the way but I managed to pull it off, and only lost a few mods that I have already installed half of them back to.
