couple of questions:
- i made a test cart (and i am still testing) and also put in the license key i got - that worked really nicely ... now i made another install of cubecart and this will be my final store later on - i tried to put in the license key and it doesn't work (both stores are on the same domain, but in different folders) How do i get the 'store to be' licensed? (I don't care about the 'test' store)
- i submitted a ticket, but other than an email confirming that someone is gonna contact me, nothing happened. i do not see any ticket listed on where it says: 'view tickets' (i type in a different return email address, is that why?) How does that usually work with tickets? And is that the extra support you get, when you buy a license?
that would be it for now. i do have another thing posted in the payment gateway section, if someone has seen a blank screen after cc info submittal, maybe that someone can answer over here
other than those issues i am happy with my purchase so far, i will begin to design my cubecart as soon as that blank screen is figured out
