I have made my e-commerce site in a folder so I could get it to work etc before uploading it to the root but now I have come to uploading it to the root and I dont know how to stop it referring back to the folder that it has come from.

Is there a path I can change or do I have to go through every page and change the paths?

How do I take me commerce site out of the folder and place it in the root of my domain?

You just change path in include/global.inc.php and copy all files within the folder to root.
