I am sorry for being such a pinhead, but what do I need to download in order to set up Cubecart? Do I have to download the program then the upgrade(3.0.14)? After I unzipped the file I downloaded, all I have is:
changelog
upgrade
and upload.

Read the instructions Mike, it tells you to upload the contents of the folder called "upload".
