Hey guys,

I have read the copyright issues regarding the free use of CC, but I just want to double check that we are allowed to remove the big blue logo at the top left of the CC screen? I imagine that we can do so as long as we keep all the other copyrights intact e.g. the small print at the bottom of the screen and the (powered by CC) in the title of the page? Am I correct in saying this?

You can change any aspect of the skin you desire but you must keep the "powered by cubecart" statement in the browser title and in the footer.

I seen site that took off the copyright on the footer, not sure if that's allow. Have you guy come across site like that?

They probably purchased a license.

When you purchase a license you get a key, put that in the section on the main page of the admin section and the copyright logo is automatically removed.

Oh no, the browser window still said powered by cubecart but the footer is totally gone.

If you're unsure whether a site is licensed or not, let us know, and we can check the database for you.

Just a question, if they are using CC without paying thought they should abide by the rule.
