Wanted someone to help me create an e-commerce web site

I want to hire someone, an individual or company, with a proven and verifiable track record who can help me start designing and creating an e-commerce web site, on which I can attempt to sell my stamp collection. I have over 5,000 stamps, from close to 100 countries, ranging in price from US Dollar .25 to US Dollar 50.00. My potential market is stamp collectors around the world.

This person that will help me should have a very good working knowledge of e-commerce software. He/she can be anyplace in the world, but must have the ability to communicate in English via one of the Instant Messenger (IM) programs and e-mail.
