Did you remember to remove the globals.inc.php config file from the upload? You may have overwritten your config file.

where is that file located?

'/includes/global.inc.php'. (without the 's' as in my previous post. Oops)

I got my site back... but without any products.
BUT i backed it all up. 6 hours ago.
But when i try to upload the database nothing happens. making me angry.

Upload the database? Are you using phpmyadmin to backup and restore the database?

Uploading the files will not affect the database.

I assume you have followed the upgrade instructions rather than using the installation routine.

I am having the same problem, I followed the instructions and did not upload the specified files but get the same error above when I try to run the upgrade script from 3.0.10-3.0.11. I am trying to upgrade to 3.0.15, any help is very much appreciated.

What would happen if I just start from scratch and install the 3.0.15 rather than do it as an upgrade? I can still upload the database backup and all my customer info and orders will be there correct?
