For some odd reason, I can't get past step 2 of the Cube Cart 2.0 installation. When I'm asked to input my "db name, host name, db username, db password," I enter that info... then NOTHING. I even changed the values in config.inc.php to ensure that they are consistent with what I was entering. Nothing. After I imput all of the required info, I'm taken to a "this page cannot be displayed" - Cannot find server error page. Does anyone know why this is happening? Please help!!

Sounds like you are entering incorrect information. You might check with your hosting company to get the exact database name, path, etc. (you DID create the database first and assign a user to it, right?).

Yes, I definitely created the DB first and of course added a user. I tried to figure it out from sun up to sun down yesterday, to no avail. I actually did contact my host and requested the info needed, and still nothing. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program.. nothing. As someone mentioned, I made backup copies of the program before altering the scripts, so that's not a problem. Someone please help!!
