Customers want to see the shipping costs before having to register. I have had an increasing number of customers calling me for shipping costs. This might not seem bad, but I am located in Jamaica and my customers are normally in the USA and Europe.

What would I need to do to show shipping early, such as allowing them to choose a country and then give a cost before any registration is needed. I ship by countries and the interior states or regions are irrelevant to me.

Any ideas?
