I am a recent switcher from Pinnacle Cart, and I'm really enjoying how well built and easy to use and modify CubeCart is. I'm having one major problem that I'm not have any luck searching out an answer for...

Can CubeCart send out an email to administrators when a new order is placed? This was a default feature in Pinnacle Cart and I've come to rely on those emails.

Is it perhaps just a simple feature I'm missing?

There is no facility in Cubecart to inform you of an order placed.

I usually find out when worldpay (who is my payment gateway ) informs me of a payment.

You could go to the site in my signature and ask if there is a mod in that forum

It should not be hard to do.

I may be missing something here, but I get an email to Admin after every order regardless of status. It is a great feature as I can contact "pending " status customers and offer to help them.

I suspect if you are not getting the emails, there is a mail config issue.

As it turns out, I do get an email for each order, but only to the single email indicated in the Store Config > General Settings. I was hoping for each administrator to receive order emails somehow.

Then there is something wrong with your installation I'm afraid, as there is.

*Usually* the order confirmations to admin would go out at Processing, although this may be dependant on your Gateway configuration, I believe.

Are features such as Tell a friend working?
