My friend installed Cube Cart 3.0.16 on a sub domain of his for me.
The software/ shop was installed successfully and my friend emailed me the admin login in details.
I can successfully login, and it tells me at the top of the page that I am indeed logged in - and all the links on the left of the page to various settings are highlighted.
I've noticed that in the middle of the page there is an exact copy of the admin page, which is minimized - with scroll bars etc - with another admin login block.
Am I actually logged in - in the first place, because when I try select one of the options or literally try do anything in the panel, I get asked to re login and all the options on the smaller panel in the middle of the page now become grayed out, and when I do try to login again- I get the following error:
Server Error
The following error occurred:
[code=SERVER_RESPONSE_CLOSE] The server closed the connection while reading the response. Contact your system administrator.
I am using Firefox, and I have tried clearing cookies and Cache - on IE7 too, with no luck.
Is this a problem of installing onto a subdomain or an installation problem?
I've looked at the help sections, and did some searches however most of the information is too technical for me, as I didn't do the installation.
If anyone can help, I will forward the answer to my friend to make any changes.
