Have you gone through the install process? if 'includes/global.inc.php' is not present, the store won't work. That file is autogenerated by the install process.

'/test/install/' does not exist at that address, so maybe you have not uploaded it?

yes, this is the message I get when I try start the installation process.

I upload the files in 3.0.15_3.0.16_ChangedFilesOnly.zip to my host and enter the address and I get this error when I am supposed to get installation process window :S

You cannot install CubeCart using the changed files ZIP, unless you're doing an upgrade? In which case, you do not use the installer and the global.inc.php file would already be present. You need to upload the complete package.

Is this an upgrade or new installation?
