We are running CC3.015 with nochex and paypal as payment gateways. The shop has been up for about a year and running OK. Recently, past few weeks, we have been having a fair number of failed or incomplete transactions. This is unusual for us.
People go to the checkout & then choose either Nochex or Paypal and the transaction is then not completed. Some we know are due to the card being refused - in some cases by both paypal and nochex.
Has anyone else had a similar increase in failed transactions?
Does anyone have suggestions as to how we might increase the success rate?

Have you tried putting your logo on your paypal 'Custom payment page'?
This can help to increase customer confidence and reduce uncompleted transactions.

In paypal, click 'profile', then 'custom payment pages'.
You might want to use an image hosted on a secure server to avoid warnings about unsecure items on the page.

I imagine there's a similar thing on nochex aswell, but i have never used them.
