I got a module installed last night (paid someone) and now I can not access the admin area of the shopping cart.
I get the following message:
MySQL Error Occured
1045: Access denied for user 'casey82_ccrt1'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

How can I fix this? I have contacted the person who installed it for me and they:
(1) suggested contcting my host provider (done this and no response as yet)
(2) Had i made changed to the database in cpanel (not that I am aware)
(3) paying an additional US$25 for her to fix the problem (she said it is nothing she has done).

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Check that the database password in /includes/global.inc.php is correct. The message is basically saying that either the password is incorrect or the correct permissions have not been provided to the database username.

Thanks for that. I don't seem to have a password now. I have contacted Estelle to see if she can give it to me from backup that she made before she installed the module.

I fixed it
All i did was create a new user and changed the username for the MySQL database and now it is working.
*happy dance*
