Hi,

I moved my cart (v3) to a new server. I:

- Backed-up my database and successfully imported it to a new db on the new server
- uploaded my directory containing CC to the new server
- edited the global.inc.php file to reflect the new server info

And I keep getting:

MySQL Error Occured
1044: Access denied for user 'xxx@'lxxx' to database 'xxx'

Any ideas? I'm stumped.

Probably one thing that does not survive a backup are the users from the source to the destination. Log in to your hosting space control panel and visit the user settings of your MySQL database. Make sure there's a user assigned to the set of tables and that has privileges.
