I have installed v3 as a free download which works fine. I have just paid for the Copyright Removal Key. My order/receipt has been issued but is shown as pending. This means I cannot enter a removal code.

Is this delay normal or should it have been instant?

Any comments?

If the order has been placed under review by the system then it will require approval by Staff.

As it's a bank holiday here in the UK, today isn't techncially a working day, so it may be tomorrow when it gets attended to.
