Trying to renew my catalogs (got a notice they were expiring and now have expired), but when I try to go to the normal page productupload.live.com I get a redirect error. It tries to redirect to: http://search.msn.com/productupload/produc...ad/Default.aspx

I've tried every variation (like removing the extra "productupload" parts etc, and no go.

Even trying to use their FTP service, the file looks like it uploads, goes to 100% done, then gives me a "post upload processing error."

Tried contacting their support and naturally was no help at all. Asked me what the exact error was (which I had given them in the first post to them) and then said they would escalate it and someone would be back to me. They said the same thing 2 years ago when my images weren't showing (still aren't for some of my stores) and I am still waiting for that follow up.

Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? A friend nearby tried and she is getting the same thing I am, but I'm not seeing any complaints about it in their forums or anything and you would think at least there would be one!

the post processing error is due to a different issue:

when you setup a catalog for ftp upload, you need to assign a file name to that. you have to upload a file with the same name. else you'll get the post processing error. If you remember the filename you had configured earlier, you should upload the same filename.

and for the redirecting problem. Try clearing cookies etc. and directly accessing http://search.live.com/productupload rather than productupload.live.com

It is finally working again so apparently it was an issue on their end. And yes, I know about the naming issue. I have all my files set up to export with the correct file names, so that wasn't the problem. I think they were just having a glitch.
