Installed cubecard on my remote host and bloody hell i cannot get into the admin area of cubecart because my webhost uses the same url to acces the Cpanel so when i jot in the path to the admin like www.mysitename.nl/admin i don´t get into the cubecart admin area but in the admin panel of my hosting provider.

What should i do. renaming the admin folder does not help, putting it into a seperate subfolder does not help.

Two solutions. Your hosting company fixes it (it's their problem, as a lot of software uses an admin sub directory) , or move hosts.

... or move to v4 which can change the admin folder name

This is a common problem. Worth trying full url to login screen first, eg

http://www.yourdomain.com/admin/login.php

also try to access page directly and see where it takes you eg

http://www.yourdomain.com/admin/orders/index.php

yes solution was simple:

www.mydomain.com/admin/index.php leads me to the admin area.
