hello, try as i might i cannot upgrade to 3.0.18 from 3.0.17, have tried on a fresh install, with the files from the upgrade and again with the 'changed only' files but when i log back in again it still says its version 3.0.17 - am i missing something out here?

I have version 3.16, trying to upgrade to 3.18: Same problem.

Also, Paypal Gateway gets error. When I try to update the IPN info, "UPDATE FAILED". Changed CHMOD, still no can.

Hey, I found problem. Upload files:
- \includes\ini.inc.php
- \includes\content\changepass.inc

Somehow I skipped the includes directory thinking that the readme said not to overwrite.
