I am going to sell software online from my site, need to cover following.

Customer will choose a software pay for it and then he should
be forwarded to unique link where he can download the software.

The link must be unique and be de-activated after certain time.

Also I will need to send a serial number to the customer to activate his
product. So that he can not share the program with others.

Is there any mods to help me implement this?

If there is any one here who explain how to do this.

Well, CubeCart already does all that except generate the serial number. For that, you would indeed need some custom programming of some sort.

Estelle's cubecart site has this serial number aspect to her site. I'm not sure how she does it...but you could ask. Search for Estelle within members and contact her!
