How can we add shipping costs to an item?
At our invoices there is just 0.00 but thats not correct
and we dont know where to find and how to add it?

Can some give advice here?

it depends if you want shipping costs to be different per item or if you want one fixed cost per order?

well in fact all our items have the same price.
So a fixed would be oke.

its done in admin as you add a product or category you set the shipping costs there either per shipment(whole order) or per item

Double check that the category shipping per item is set correctly. Then if that isn't good enough for you, I have a shipping price, per item mod available at my mod store.
