The first one, I believe, is infringing upon CubeCart's trademark. Unless you get permission in writing from the owner of the logo, you'd be best off leaving it alone.

You kind of missed the point, OSK. You are already infringing on trademark as you've already edited the logo and posted it...

I just wish I had the original vector format... working with a flat image is a pain in the ass.

thanks brooky i think i will do the second one and thats not becasue i odn't like the cubecart lofo i just have it better to go with my color scheme, and also i the swoioshes are not exac and i don't want to spend another 2 hours making it lol, maybe somneday i will make a good replica, maybe if i ever get like GIMP pro un released version, a program pos use reaL NICE, WAY DIFF THAN REGUALR GIMP----------jOSH
