New! Send and Receive Payments in Australian Dollars
Dear ***** ******,
PayPal Australia members! Now you can use PayPal in your local currency without hassles. With Australian Dollars added to the list of supported currencies, it's even easier for you to make and accept payments domestically without worrying about currency conversion or foreign exchange fees.
Sending a payment is simple. Select Australian Dollars from the list of currencies in the Send Money tab on the PayPal site. Or, you can make an Australian Dollar payment by clicking on the PayPal button included in many sellers' eBay.com.au listings.
In addition to using Australian Dollars, you can also make or accept payments in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, and Yen. When sending money to someone or paying an eBay seller, your payment will automatically be converted to your preferred currency. The recipient will receive an email from PayPal stating the amount and currency of the payment. If your payment must be converted to another currency, the conversion calculation will be displayed to you at the time of payment.
Look for more enhancements to the PayPal service in Australia coming soon!
Yours sincerely,
PayPal
