Honestly, cPanel is the best one around the internet... even with people and hosters as well. Nothing beat cPanel. There are many management + hosting (billing, order,client,admin,etc) that required to use cPanel with WHM - Web Host Manager.

Other than WH Control Panel... i don't know if there any but cPanel is VERY VERY VERY popular.

I've been using Hsphere from Psoft for quite a while. On Unix it works quite nicely.

cPanel definately very versatile once you get used to it
