Hi,

I have my Store Home Country set to Canada but when I set-up a test account with country canada the shipping rate is coming up as the international rate not the standard rate. Which leads me to believe that the USA is always standard shipping rate. Which would be wrong.

Can you go to admin - settings - shipping ,there you will see these things :



You can set every country to international national or exclude if you don't wanna send orders to that country
