What are the multilingual capacities of CubeCart?

Can one set up shops in several languages from one admin?

How are the language files introduced? Are there any already available?

Can products info be translated in same database, keeping prices and other info constant, i.e. If I need to change a price, do I need to change it only in one place or for every languages of the site?

You can download language packs from the cubecart downloads section:
http://www.cubecart.com/site/downloads

You simply drop the files into the /admin/lang folder, and using the language box on the home page, the user can select their language.

Currently with a default cubecart setup, you can only translate products by having multiple descriptions for each product... e.g.

Item Name: Carton Of Eggs
Price: $10.00
Description:
### ENGLISH DESCRIPTION ###
----------------------------------------
### FRENCH DESCRIPTION ###
