SynapseGraphics Posted July 3, 2014 Share Posted July 3, 2014 I have a client who is using PayPal Pro Hosted solution alongside express checkout. Fully up to date CC5. When a client pays through express checkout, the order is set as processing and the customer gets an email from the store as well as PayPal. When paying through the pro gateway, order is set as pending with no store confirmation. What he wants to know is how he can get the pro to work the same as the express as he believes that orders have been cancelled as a result. Thanks.
