Standard Kurouto skin French and German Language not good

These faults are in it since start of Cubecart v5, i always made the lines shorter so it would work but after update of v5.2.13 it stays (normaly after change i always empty the language cache but isnt helping now).

 

Lines i always changed in:

 

fr-FR.xml :  from  <string name="title" introduced="5.0.0"><![CDATA[Faire du shopping par catégorie]]></string>  to  <string name="title" introduced="5.0.0"><![CDATA[Par catégorie]]></string>

de-DE.xml : from  <string name="title" introduced="5.0.0"><![CDATA[Nach Kategorie geordnet einkaufen]]></string>  to  <string name="title" introduced="5.0.0"><![CDATA[Einkaufen Nach Kategorie]]></string>

 

Then the menu's where ok but aint working anymore pls help.

We would like to know what version of CC5 you upgraded from, so that we can look at the relevant code changes between that version and CC5213 to determine if a bug fix needs to be re-examined.

I updated from 5.2.12 to 5.2.13

 

Ive set it up for a friend of mine.

He bought it in May 2013, i removed the demo (i think that was in Installatron) and started clean with registered version downloaded from here.

Thank you. There are no code changes that I can see where there would be difficulty in showing edited phrases when those edits were made directly in the language files.

If possible (using a utility such as phpMyAdmin), look directly into your database at the table CubeCart_language_strings and see if there are any records that pertain to the strings you are changing. Please know that CubeCart will use databased changes to language phrases (as edited in the admin Language Editor) ignoring whatever may be in the language files for that group and key (database columns type and name).

I changed it with the "admin language editor" and its alright now.
