Problem is: when a customer is placing an order while being on the english site, I can not change his order status on the admin site, I always get a white screen and nothing happens. bsmither Posted October 24, 2014 Share Posted October 24, 2014 We would ask that you log in to your hosting control panel (cPanel?) and find, if it exists, the error_log for PHP. I am positive there will be a clue as to why you are getting a white screen. If you can't find an error_log for PHP, we can tell you how to start one.
