Guest lakings
Hello, I just downloaded the latest version I uploaded all the files in the "upload" folder, then try and run the install and receive a 500 internal server error. I was running a cube cart version before that I installed through CPanel. I deleted that one and cleared the entire database, now I'm trying to install the latest version and I'am getting the 500 internal server error. Here are the install instructions I followed. | 1. Auto Method +------------------------------------------------ a. Upload all the files and folders to your server from the "Upload" folder. b. Make sure you have installed a MySQL Database which has a user assigned to it DO NOT USE YOUR ROOT USERNAME AND ROOT PASSWORD c. Visit the store homepage e.g. http://www.domain.com or http://www.domain.com/store/ d. Follow the onscreen instructions. Please help me. Thanks **Moved** Please post in the corrrect forum. Thank you. Guest ian_t
I'm having the same problem version 2.0.7 works no problem. I have since cleared all database tables and and started fresh with version 3.0.1 but i also get the 500 internal server error and I can't view anything, when i go back to version 2.0.7 no problems. Has there been any changes in the server requirements? Can anybody confirm?
