Hi Modsindex, I thought the problem could be routing from South Africa where I am based but it looks like the problem could be from your hosting provider as when I checked you face book page Jose from Spain seemed to have the same problem. I have just tested connecting from a VPN through the US and the UK an can now cannot to your site; I will follow up with an email. Point of note - I have tried several different service providers with different DNS's as well but with no luck.
  2. Hi Al, Thanks for the quick response. I last received correspondence with a coupon voucher just before New Year and since then cannot bring up their site or email them. Thanks for pointing him to the post.
  3. Anybody know what happened to the 3rd party Cubecart developer modsindex.com as they have disappeared from the web since the new year with their emails also bouncing back?
  4. The demo site works with no problems. I remember this issue coming app way back when CC5 was first released, but forget about it. I double checked the following files and they are the same as the latest release. kurouto - box.errors.php - content.account.php Do you think there is an issue where $GUI_MESSAGE is not been cleared out after execution or is there somewhere else I need to check? I also tested in IE and Firefox.
  5. Scenario: Login unsuccessfully and receive error message. Login successfully again and error message still present on screen. I am sure this is a bug. Does anybody know what code and where the changes must be done to fix this error?

  7. Hi, I have noticed much talk about what I am about to discuss below on the forums, but there still seems to be no clarity on the subject. Should it not be a basic feature of cubecart that after a manual order has been created in admin and emailed to the customer that when they check the order by clicking the link in the sent email that the customer is allowed to complete the payment online for this order through the cubecart web interface using the payment gateways already setup? If this feature is not to become available in the near future, is their a online development roadmap we can follow to either request new features as well as keep an eye on others for future releases? I also recall many years ago that cube cart had a website where one could submit and watch bug reports - does this not exist anymore?
  8. The majority of my store works with a local payment gateway that only accepts Rands (ZAR) - I have therefore set my default currency to Rands. I would also like to be able to add Paypal as another Payment option, however they do not accept the Rands currency. I therefore would like to default Paypal transactions using USD. The problem is that the payment transfer passes the default currency as Rands even if the storefront is changed to use USD. I have therefore gathered that Cubecart uses the default currency setup for all payment transactions. Please can anyone advise how I can make the Paypal payment method default to USD with the correct currency conversion without changing the stores default Rand currency. I am using Cubecart 5.2.0.
  9. How is it possible to add an image to a gift certificate to display in the shopping basket instead of the "No Preview" square?
