I sell digital files. I have nearly 1000 products, which have up to 6 versions of each, meaning I have nearly 6000 files to upload. I tried doing an FTP upload to the folder where my files would be located, but when creating a product those files did not show up under the Digital tab. Do I have to do it through File Manager > Downloads? I plan on bulk importing the products since I can create them in a spreadsheet much faster, but if I manually have to upload each file and then link it, it will take forever!

I have a lot of categories. Using the Foundation theme, not all show in the dropdown menu, even when scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page. I believe I could solve this if I was able to change the padding size of each category that appears in the dropdown. I tried changing the sizes in the foundation.css for the has-dropdown sections, but it doesn't appear to work for me. Can anyone point me where to adjust the sizes so it will compress the categories a little bit. Thanks!

Most of them have the same starting price. For example, the default size is $4. Each step larger is an additional .75. So, basically the options sets are all the same for every product. I did one import from a CSV using CubeCart's importer. I had planned on switching, but because of this issue I decided to go back to using the old shopping cart I was using previously. CubeCart is the first one I have seen that doesn't allow you to set recurring things, like prices or SKU additions, in the options.

Yes, I did bulk import. I sell vinyl decals. Each decal has different sizes, and as they increase in size, the price increases. For example a 4" decal is the base price. A 5" decal is .75 more, a 6" is 1.50 more, etc. There are 7 options per item which require price modifications, so you can imagine, with over 10,000 items, that that would be impossible to do manually

Am I missing a way to set prices in options? I have over 10,000 products and every one uses the same set of options. Some sets have additional prices for the product. As I see it I have to add these to EVERY product manually. Is this correct?

I had thought that might be the issue, but I have also tried the Crosshatch and Kurouto skins as well and nothing shows up on them either. I am using version 5.2.8 Can you give me what the tags should be and I can check all my skins

I have enabled the Facebook and Pinterest social plugins, but nothing shows up in any of the pages. I am using the Galaxy custom skin, but I also tested on the default skins as well. How do I get these to work?

I made a test digital download in the demo. Just open it and then immediately save it and it will switch from download to ship

I am buying CubeCart this week, but there is a bug I have found playing with the lite version pertaining to digital downloads, in both versions 5.2.7 and 5.2.8. If you create a digital product and select the digital option (turn it into a check) and then save it, it becomes a digital product. Open the product back up and then click save again, it reverts to a shippable product. Even if you do save and reload, it unchecks the option. So, basically if you have to go back in to edit a digital product, and then save it, you have to open it back up again and reselect the download option. This is kind of irritating if you have a digital store.
