Any reason not to use CDN's for the css/js files like jquery, foundation, etc? I'm using v6 on my store..

It was while creating a new skin. The navigation tree (element.navigation_tree) was getting cached so it was annoying to delete the cache every time I made a change

Is there a way to disable cache in v6? I've searched and searched but don't find anything. Enabling debug mode doesn't see to do the trick.. I remember is being in Store Settings/Advanced in v5 I think?
