  1. Can you let me know if you crack this. I bought CC5 but have had to remove it and go back to CC3 as I need a Customer Image upload facility (I run a printing business).. and there wasnt one for CC5. Quotes I got to develop one were on the steep side too :-(
  2. With the recent notification from Google about changes to the product search, is anyone working on changing the Google base data extract from CC3 to support these new things?
  3. Cancel that request. I've deleted everything & started again. This time it accepted the code & all is working fine. Can't CC4 to work under Xampp locally though. Zen Optimiser is a pain to get working :-(
  4. I've just installed a new copy of CC4 onto a new domain. Went all through the install fine, but when I tried to go to the admin panel I get: I've got this weekend to get the site live & sales aren't around until Monday. Any ideas on how I can get this to work? thanks
  5. Thanks. Removed the RSS feed as suggested - that error has now gone. I uploaded a backup copy of all the infected files, changed my hosting password & so far - all is OK. I guess I won't know if I've stopped another attack until it happens..
  6. I'm also getting an error on the Admin home page: Warning: MagpieRSS: Failed to fetch http://forums.cubecart.com/index.php?act=rssout&id=1 (HTTP Response: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found ) in /classes/rss_fetch.inc on line 238 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /admin/index.php on line 152
  7. My site has been hacked today too. Customer got a browser warning: "Visiting this site may harm your computer The website at www..... contains elements from the site robingood.cz.cc which appears to host malware - software" It had infected the root/index.php, admin/index.php, admin/modules/index.php & admin/modules/3rdparty/index.php No idea how they got in, nor how to stop them from doing it again. Any suggestions please? thanks
  8. Hi. I've got my store working fine for shipping via Royal Mail to the UK. I'd like to enable the option to ship to any other country. Does anyone have a list of the country codes & shipping charges I can just copy & use ? I'm struggling to figure out the Royal Mail charges.. thank you Even better if you've got Royal Mail 1st Class, Parcels & Next Day delivery :yeahhh:
  9. There is a MOD available for CC3 (not sure if it's for CC4 too). We use it & works fine. Allows for free shipping or money discounts using a coupon code.
  10. PHPmyadmin is not related to Cubecart. It's how you manage the Mysql database behind the scenes. Whoever is your host should have provided you with access to it, normally via your own Control Panel. But if you don't know what it is, it's best not to play. You'll need someone to help who knows phpmyadmin.
  11. I've had the same problem a couple of times. When I was 100% sure that no products were in the category or linked to from another category, I edited the file in PHPMyAdmin and set the number of products to Zero. Probably not the best thing to do, but worked for me. I also used the MOD to remove the text that says how many products are in each category.
  12. We've had the same problem a few times, but never with IE. For us it has always been MSN Explorer. For customers that have told me about it, I've asked them to use IE & it's worked fine. Have you got the SEO mod installed? Cos that could be causing some of the problems too. There is a suggested fix for it but can't remember where it was posted :yeahhh:
  13. I've downloaded the 30-day trial for CC4, but haven't installed it yet. Is there still a 30-day limit on this if I install it locally? I want to install on my machine and spend time configuring it before deciding if upgrading is worthwhile. I've got nearly 30 mods installed on a CC3 site, so it's going to take me longer than 30 days to figure out how much I need to change to get a CC4 version working as well as my current CC3 site does.
  14. Google has multiple servers and your search results can be pulled from any of them. Each one is slightly out of synch with another, so the results can be different. It's perfectly possible to get different results each time you search from the same machine.
  15. For the last 48 hours, every order on my store is now failing with the infamous "Your Order Has failed" message. Not had a problem before and I haven't changed anything on the store, the PayPal set-up, or the host. All has been working fine for >16 months. I've tried the changes suggested on this thread & they didn't fix it for me I've tried the 3.0.18 Paypal gateway, the 3.0.19 Paypal gateway & the Paypal gateway mod from Estelle. ALL Fail. Currently I can't receive ANY orders into my store without the Order Failed message if I use IPN. So for the moment I've had to disable IPN as I can't fix this error. Frustrating as hell :)
