Stock levels don't decrease after customers order is placed after upgrade to 6.2.0-b1. settings are "when payment has been made" also stock levels don't change when changing quantities on the product page as well. did through the maintenence panel a repair of product inventory but it did not find anything. Please help!

  5. solved. the problem was that the new version of paypal direct does not have a pending stage which my setup used before when i changed it to processing it went back to sending the emails. thank you for your help.
  6. hi. i couldnt find any config.xml with added block for layout in 6.0.2 and the bug wasn't fixed
  7. i am receiving all my emails from my server just the ones from cubecart are not coming through also the setting for Order status for admin email notifications is set as pending like before
  8. my server blue host uses port 26 it wasn't working with 26 so i switched it to 25 in cubecart v5 i use to use port 26

  12. since upgrade to 6 after adding an item in firefox or google and going to continue to view basket the basket dissapears. in IE i can see only one item and can not add a second item my site is www.thinkpcparts.com

  19. thank ypu for your replies. i don't use the matrix options but my global warning was set to -1 so i didn't see anything. noe set to 0 so ican use your suggestion of the list on the homepage
  20. After upgrading to 5.2.5 i can no longer sort the stock column. the little triangles for sorting are missing. any ideas?

I figured out the problem. it was the fed ex shipping module. i opened a ticket with cubecart and this is there reply: "Fedex module needs to be updated as it could make problems like you are experienced. It is on to do list belie it will be available soon." so i hope this helps other users and thank you.
  22. Hello, Recently my website has been slow when adding a product to the basket. It seem to take about 5 seconds for the page to load after adding an item. And trying to check out appears to take about 10 seconds to continue to the next page. Does anyone know what might cause these delays? The website is www.thinkpcparts.com and it is hosted on BlueHost. Thank you.
