  1. The AIO Shipping Mod is BEAUTIFUL! And I love the colour scheme of CC6 Backend. Well done CC team! Can't wait to see what other options there are (just setting up shipping first - BIG job)!
  2. oh my gosh I totally missed that @bsmither!!! THANK YOU! Now it's exactly what I need phew!!!
  3. It is not the same as Estelles. It doesn't have ‘plus $x per item’ or ‘plus $x per kg/lb’ options, which I need
  4. Thanks @keat yeah I was thinking the same for my stores. They have been modified so much that I thought a 'clean' install of CC6 (in a sub-directory of my current stores or something?) might be the best way. How 'advanced' would you say CC6 is? Did you need any/many modifications to get your store running like it was before? Or are a lot of those features standard now? I've attached a screen capture of SOME of the mods I have, but there has been A LOT more work done by my web developer. Did you do all the work yourself? Or pay someone else to do it? My current web developer won't be able to help me if I upgrade to CC6 as he's not versed in the newer type of PHP (OOP, Object Orientated PHP). It's more of a hobby for him, than a profession
  5. Let me dig through my emails to see what my 'web guy' said about that @bsmither Just a moment,,,, Here we go @bsmither: No, checking the transaction logs against the admin logs won't help. The transaction logs are created by PayPal (on the ShootBaby sites), and show if payment has succeeded or failed etc and the transaction ID, which should show in your PP account. The admin logs show if you update a product, or delete something in admin, for example. It doesn't show if a product gets sold or paid for. I was just looking at the latest one on the US site that I emailed you and Garrett about and it's strange in the trans log. It shows payment succeeding first then 2 failing, but AFTER the successful one?? I have a feeling the customer is clicking the Payment button more than once i.e. it's still processing from the first click before they're clicking again. I can't see why the successful payment comes before the 2 failed ones. And some more: It's Ok Penny I have been on the forum (first time in years lol), and seen the post. It still would happen on the UK site if that was the case, surely. I compared the structures of the DB's from US & OZ to the UK one and now they're all the same. Even after doing this we've had it happen (on the order you refunded the other day). I've just been through the order numbers you gave me the other day and none of the names, address' or items had apostrophes. There was one I checked that had (3 pack) (the brackets), but lots of orders have gone through Ok for clamps (6") and they have quotes in there and would cause an error every single time. I'm thinking of putting something in place to stop customers double-clicking the 'complete payment' button (if possible). Looking at the trans log for that order on the US site, that I sent you the screenshot where the payment had succeeded BEFORE failing twice, I'm sure they've gotten impatient and clicked again. I could be wrong but it's just weird that it succeeded before it failed! At the end of the day, it won't do it any harm adding a prevention. I have had the credit card form code open today and in the bit where the bank security form appears (it's disabled as you have to register for it), a notice appears saying, 'Do not click the refresh or back button or this transaction may be interrupted or cancelled.' You can't see this notice, but it still may affect the order?? But, it's back to the UK site, where it doesn't happen and I'm sure there are a few impatient Brits and Europeans that click the button more than once! I should also remove any mods that aren't being used, just to eliminate that possibility. It will be quite painstaking and take a while but what do you think?
  6. Ah, I see @Dirty Butter thanks! I do not have the skills myself. My 'main web guy' is from the UK. He has been tying to resolve the issue (linked to above), but has run out of ideas now. He can't replicate the problem which makes things even trickier. I don't know whether he would have the time to 're-build' the stores for me (to get them to their current 'state') in the time-frame that I'd be wanting (very minimal down-time for the 3 stores). I also feel like I have spent so much time and money on my store, to get it where it is, that all that time and money would be going 'down the drain'... The stores BTW are www.shootbaby.com www.shootbaby.com.au and www.shootbaby.co.uk
  7. @Dirty Butter would did you mean by this please? @bsmither that's what I was hoping NOT to hear argh! I am still having this issue (below) which has given rise to the question of whether to upgrade or not (as the CC techs don't support Version 4 anymore and they were my final hope in resolving this issue).
  8. Hi all, I have 3 stores that I've had since 2009. They are all currently Version 4.4.8. I have a lot of Estelle's Mods installed and have had A LOT of customisation done (other mods developed, custom appearance, etc). What happens if I upgrade? (I am a total newb and don't know much at all) Do I loose all my mods or do they fail to work? What does the store look like? Do I have to have all that work re-done? Thanks! Penny
  9. Hi Brian @bsmither, this is what my web dev wrote back to me, when I forwarded him your reply. 'I've looked at Brian's reply and when he mentions the 'History' tab on the orders, he must be referring to version 6 because there's no history tab in V4.' Problem still not resolved
  10. UGH! Just got another email from a customer....'just wondering where my order is at?'.... order value over $500! This is so frustrating! It may be my frustration building up but it seems to be happening more frequently. Screen capture below (customer details blurred for privacy).
  11. Thanks for your reply bsmither, I will forward your reply onto my web dev and see what he says!
  12. Hi all, Turning to the Cubecart Forums as my web developer and I are at a complete loss with this one... He can not replicate the problem so it's very hard for him to trouble shoot. I'm wondering if anyone else has come across this before... and really hoping to find a solution. I have 3 Cubecart stores - 6, 5 and around 3 years old. Every now and then a glitch occurs in the oldest 2 stores. What happens is the Order status changes from 'Order processed and due to ship' to 'Order Complete and Dispatched' BY ITSELF! AND the product line becomes empty/blank. If there is more than one product (product row) only ONE product line appears (empty). It's a really bad problem to have because the payment is successful in Paypal, yet my shipper doesn't even see the order in his 'order processed and due to ship' list because the order status changed by itself. It's only when a customer emails me days, sometimes weeks, later saying 'where's my order???' that we even know the glitch has occurred! :/ Very embarrassing and reflects terribly on my business Praying someone has an answer to this!! Here are the details of the 2 stores: Store Overview: CubeCart Version: 4.4.8 PHP Version: 5.2.17 MySQL Version: 5.5.42-37.1-log Image upload folder size: 9.1 MB Server Software: Apache Client Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.97 Safari/537.36 Store Overview: CubeCart Version: 4.4.8 PHP Version: 5.2.17 MySQL Version: 5.5.42-37.1-log Image upload folder size: 10.1 MB Server Software: Apache Client Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.97 Safari/537.36 And the other store (which hasn't experienced this issue): Store Overview: CubeCart Version: 4.4.8 PHP Version: 5.6.17 MySQL Version: 5.5.42-37.1-log Image upload folder size: 7.5 MB Server Software: Apache Client Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.97 Safari/537.36 TIA! Penny
  13. Hi, I was just wondering if Cubecart is compatible with Apple's iPad and iPhone? I've had several customers tell me that they can not place orders using these devices... I also had a lady tell me that she couldn't email me using her iPhone either (it bounced back)...hmmm Thanks.
  14. Just wondering if there's a mod such as this in existence already? If not, I will approach my go-to web guy to see if he can make this module for me (Hi Lee!! *waves*) I have 2 websites for the one brand (US store and Australia store) and I would like to be able to only ship certain products to certain countries from each store. When a product is selected by a customer and it isn't available to send to their country I would like an error message to appear saying something like "Sorry we can not ship this product to your country, from this store. You might like to try placing your order at our other store, based in the USA/Australia: (url/s) " I need it to work (and for an error message to appear for each individual product) when there are multiple items in the cart and when some can be shipped to their country and others can't.
  15. Hmmm, then I'm unable to help you sorry. That's what fixed the problem in my case. Sorry to hear it's not working for you....
  16. Dan R, is your store turned 'on' while your testing it???
  17. So, what should those waiting for an offical Cubecart update/release do, exactly?
  18. Ah ok, thanks, here we go: Store Overview: CubeCart Version: Visit the CubeCart Downloads Server4.4.3 PHP Version: 5.2.10 MySQL Version: 5.0.91-community Image upload folder size: 547 Bytes Server Software: Apache/2.2.13 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.13 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_bwlimited/1.4 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.8.8 Client Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-GB; rv: Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
  19. I have Windows Vista Home Premium and Service Pack 1. How do I find out the exact version of PHP my store is running on? In phpmyadmin (in Cpanel) I found this: phpMyAdmin Documentation And in phppgadmin I found this: phppgadmin 4.2.2 Hope that's helpful!
  20. For now I think I'm going to have to make do with another option as I'm really keen to get my store open and backorders happening! For anyone else interested this is what I've set up until PayPal is working properly again. Since I only want to use PayPal for my payments, I've edited the Print Order Form and taken out the bank transfer details and just left a note saying 'Please make a PayPal payment to [email address]'. In the Cubecart Dashboard I've also changed a few settings in the Print Order Form section. Only problem is my customers can only pay with their PayPal account (not directly with a credit card) but hopefully that won't be a problem as people have their PayPal accounts and bank accounts linked. Just thought I'd share incase anyone else finds it useful.
  21. I've used 2 mock accounts - delivery addresses set as Canada and USA, but I've used my Australian credit card to pay for the (mock) purchases. My order status DOES change to 'processing' provided my store is turned ON, otherwise they will also be stuck at 'pending'. However I still get the 'Module path doesn't exit' page, turned on or off.
  22. Apostrophes showing as & #39; (remove the space) on my packing slips. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance...
  23. Al - Is there anything I or anyone else can do to help you guys replicate it?
