  1. This is great info. Pretty sure it’s an Apache issue.
  2. Hosting saying the problem isn't on their end, and to contact CubeCart support, as it's a 3rd party software. This is funny to me, as I did a brand new install of the 6.2.4, and am having the same issue. I'll keep you all posted. @Al Brookbanks, have any insight on anything that could be causing this?
  3. No solution as of yet. I did contact my host (Hostmonster/Bluehost), and I was told they would e-mail me a response to the issue. It's been 3 days since that contact, and nothing. Interesting that you're experiencing it, too. Who is your host?
  4. So, I logged into the backend of my hosting account manager, and I can see the correct IP addresses there. The hosting company is blaming it on a coding or database issue. It's not throwing any errors in the error log. So weird.
  5. That would make more sense! Any ideas on how to discuss with them a correction? While it isn't imperative I see who's on the site, it does help when weeding out spammy registrations, when they occur.
  6. Haha. Just had an order come in, and the customer's IP address??? You guessed it! Mine! This is so bizarre. To add to this, I just installed a fresh version of Cubecart 6.2.4 manually.
  7. I have no clue. There's no intermediary that I'm aware of. I posted a test link to Twitter. I know that every single click on that link is showing up as my website's IP address. The only visitor that is not my website's IP address is the record where I am logged into admin, which shows my device's IP address (different servers). Once again, it only started doing this after the update. It's not a big problem, just a curiosity.
  8. Weird. I just upgraded to 6.2.4 and since then, when I go to see who's on the site, it's me...like 100x! Every single visitor is shown with my website's IP address. While this isn't really a big issue, it is concerning given the amount of Russian bots I've had in the past. I've included a pic to show what I'm talking about!
  9. @Al Brookbanks, can you pm me the details on this integration? Our shop could really use it!
