Hi here. Again the same problem with encoding as it was on go from v3 to v4 Then we changed everything manualy. Now is huge DB and maybe is some efficient trick to do it... Problem is with Lithuanian language - after upgrade it doesnt sho corect letters, like š / ž / Ġ/ ų etc. Site works corect on CC4 @ https://aic.lt but not after upgrade to CC5: https://aic.lt/5/ Site is in 3 languages - lithuanian, english and russian. Both not native languages seems was transfered ok, without encoding problems... CC4 DB tables is utf8_general_ci but after upgrade - utf8_unicode_ci. How to prevent that conversion? Any ideas? Thank you

I found that customers gets staff comments only if status is changed, but not if we want to leave same status (Processing...) and add comments like "please provide size or another info before we can confirm order..." Can somebody help?
