  1. Hi all, I'm working on the following site: http://www.spiralsfairtrade.co.uk/index.php And have just noticed that somewhere along the line, on the home page (but not the side nav), that there's a category called "imported products". This isn't one of the categoriesm and I can't figure out how to remove it. Does anyone know how I can remove this? Background info: Am working with version 4.4.2 Imported the database once with the standard import feature Imported it a second time using the "Full Stock Import" mod, making sure to "erase existing" when I did. Thanks for any help on this. Cat
  2. I've just had this problem; in my case it was because I had uploaded all the pictures by FTP; as such they hadn't generated a thumbnail... As opposed to if you add a product through the admin & upload a photo, a thumbnail is automatically generated, and saved into the following folder: /images/uploads/thumbs. Hope this helps.
  3. And following on from that post, here is the "Rest of World" (not GB nor Europe) AE,AF,AG,AI,AN,AO,AQ,AR,AS,AU,AW,AX,BB,BD,BF,BH,BI,BJ,BL,BM,BN,BO,BR,BS,BT,BV,BW ,BZ,CA,CC,CD,CF,CG,CI,CK,CL,CM,CN,CO,CR,CU,CV,CX,DJ,DM,DO,DZ,EC,EG,EH,ER,ET,FJ,FK ,FM,GA,GD,GF,GG,GH,GM,GN,GP,GQ,GS,GT,GU,GW,GY,HK,HM,HN,HT,ID,IL,IM,IN,IO,IQ,IR,JE ,JM,JO,JP,KE,KH,KI,KM,KN,KP,KR,KW,KY,LA,LB,LC,LK,LR,LS,LY,MA,MF,MG,MH,ML,MM,MN,MO ,MP,MQ,MR,MS,MU,MV,MW,MX,MY,MZ,NA,NC,NE,NF,NG,NI,NP,NR,NU,NZ,OM,PA,PE,PF,PG,PH,PK ,PM,PN,PR,PS,PW,PY,QA,RE,RW,SA,SB,SC,SD,SG,SH,SJ,SL,SN,SO,SR,ST,SV,SY,SZ,TC,TD,TF ,TG,TH,TK,TL,TN,TO,TT,TV,TW,TZ,UG,UM,US,UY,VC,VE,VG,VI,VN,VU,WF,WS,YE,YT,ZA,ZM,ZW
  4. And if it helps anyone else in the UK looking to have a list of European countries, here are the European Country codes (note=NOT including GB for United Kingdom). I've organised these based on the countries that Royal Mail considers part of the European zone. These should be corrext as of July 2010. Also note I've added Kosovo, which doesn't seem to yet have a country code, but is looking like it might be "KS" in future. AD,AL,AM,AT,AZ,BA,BE,BG,BY,CH,CY,CZ,DE,DK,EE,ES,FI,FO,FR,GE,GI,GL,GR,HR,HU,IE,IS ,IT,KG,KS,KZ,LI,LT,LU,LV,MC,MD,ME,MK,MT,NL,NO,PL,PT,RO,RS,RU,SE,SI,SK,SM,TJ,TM,TR ,UA,UZ,VA Again, the above doesn't have "GB" for United Kingdom -- please add it if you're not posting from the UK.
  5. The other big one is Yorkshire... North Yorkshire - NYK West Yorkshire - WYK South Yorkshire - SYK East Riding of Yorkshire - ERY not Yorkshire (YOK) Least I think it should be split up that way - any corrections appreciated!
  6. Hi all, I'm going to be importing an existing database of customers (previously an Actinic one so I'm having to do a lot of work to make it compatible). Can anyone tell me what the "Salt" column is for and if it's required? Thanks Cat
  7. Hi Roger, Thanks so much for posting this, you've just saved me a sleepless night. Chris, you need to access your database through something like PHPMyAdmin -- in my case I found it in the Control Panel of my hosting account. It's not in the CubeCart admin. Cat
  8. Me again Took a short break and thought of some different search terms to put in Google. In doing so I found this earlier thread: http://forums.cubecart.com/index.php?showt...amp;mode=linear I changed the doc_content type definition from TEXT to MEDIUMTEXT -- Problem solved. Thanks for reading anyway. I hope this is useful to others. Cat
  9. Hi all, The weirdest thing is happening... I've worked on a big long page in my usual html editor, then pasted the code in the source view of one of my site docs. (http://s309744877.websitehome.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewDoc&docId=7) It works fine. But when I go to edit that page in the admin, it chops part of the code off, thereby not ending the table correctly and breaking the page! I was wondering at first if there's a character limit in the text field, but it can't be, or it wouldn't work the first time when I first paste the code in. The truncating of code only happens when I edit the page via the Site Docs admin. The version currently online looks fine, incidentally. This is because the client is reviewing it and I don't want it to look broken. But when it does break, it breaks just after "Glentworth Caravans". This is roughly 3/4 of the way down the html code. Have run my full code in a code checker and there are no errors. My client will be editing this page, so it's important that it plays nice. Otherwise I would just hardcode it, problem soved. Has any one run into this before? Thanks for reading.
